March 16, 2002 Interfaith Celebration of One Year Millineum Babies
January 6, 2002
Participation in the Blessing Service for the Interfaith
Meditation Prayer Room, at the CentraCare Health Plaza.
Various religion representataives were there to offer their prayers.
Since it was an opening of the Interfaith Prayer room, Norhashimah offered
a prayer from Surah Fatiha (The Opening), and chanted it in
Arabic and translated it in English. It was a beautiful ceremony.
Nothing is more beautiful than having people from various
religions sharing their prayers in peace and harmony.
The fact that the Centra Care facility dedicated a room as
an Interfaith prayer room, shows that it realizes the importance
of, and acknowledges the diversity of faiths that exists
in the community.
